The CHEER FOR LIFE Foundation, Inc., is a California 501(c)(3) non-profit organization doing business as CHEER San Francisco.
The CFL Foundation was created in July of 2004, becoming a stand-alone organization after many years as a fiscally-sponsored program of the Jon Sims Center for the Arts. Since our inception as a non-profit agency, we have raised and charitably donated more than $100,000 both locally and nationally - as well as internationally - to 40+ fellow non-profit agencies around the globe who provide services to people living with HIV/AIDS, cancer and other life-challenging conditions.
Our dedicated Board of Directors strives to advance the mission of the foundation by increasing our level of charitable contributions each year. These efforts include the management and support of our hundreds of volunteers whose performances and fundraising activities themselves enhance and touch the lives of thousands of individuals in many communities around the world.
